By accessing or using LearnBooster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
LearnBooster is an AI-powered exam preparation platform providing adaptive quizzes, structured lessons, performance analytics, and access to expert tutors. The platform is designed to help students prepare for JAMB, WAEC, Cambridge IGCSE, and Cambridge A-Level examinations.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use LearnBooster. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. Students who use the platform on behalf of a school or institution represent that they have the necessary authority to bind that institution.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. LearnBooster is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
LearnBooster offers a free tier that includes 20 questions per subject. Premium access, which provides unlimited questions, lessons, and tutor booking, is available through a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

All content on LearnBooster, including questions, lessons, explanations, design, and code, is the intellectual property of LearnBooster or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Tutor sessions are booked directly through the platform. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel on time may result in forfeit of the session. LearnBooster acts as an intermediary between students and tutors and is not liable for the content or outcome of individual tutor sessions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LearnBooster does not guarantee specific exam results or score improvements. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all questions or explanations are error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnBooster shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.
